Yearbook Entry: Matt, A.K.A. V-Dub, comes to us from the great state of Indiana. V-Dub is a friend to all. He is a good pilot, a family man and a team player. Each week, he would invite us to his house to study for the early EPQ. The Van Wieren's welcomed us with open arms, while their highly excited dog welcomed us with open bladder and urinated on our pubs. Every Friday after flying, V-Dub could be found in the Killer B Bar putting away a few cold ones and having a good time with the gang. It only took a few brews to oil V-Dub's tongue and let the insults roll out indiscriminately. One evening, he asked our favorite O-5 if he could remember what his college major was. Now if you want a pilot with guts, V-Dub is your man.
