On Friday, 13 December 1996,
28 students of the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training class 97-02 received
their wings. The guest speaker for the event was Brigadier General Joseph
I. Mensching, United States Air Force. The class consisted of 2 German
students, 5 Danish students, 4 Norwegian students, and 17 U.S. students.
